MAKE SUA FRIENDS THROUGHOUT THE US! JOIN A CIG!!
Cultural Interest Groups (CIGs) provide another way to connect our SUA members. Members are already connected through SUA branches, but CIGs provide an opportunity for SUA members across the world (beyond branch boundaries) to connect based on common cultural interests and activities rather than where they presently live or have a branch connection. CIGs almost always meet virtually (on Zoom or another platform), and meetings are monthly or quarterly usually.
To date, SUA has three approved CIGs: the SUA Book Group, the SUA Bee Group, and the SUA Craft Collective. Other groups are in the process of forming (e.g. Dual Citizenship/Slovenian Language, Travel, Slovenian Cooking and Wine.
